Mullaly was dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic about the integration of popular consumer technology in cars rolling off the Ford line. His notes show how he organized his thoughts around the key points he wanted to make, which might offer a good template for Mark Zuckerberg to use next time he readies for a session in the hot seat!
